| Howdy Folks! This is our early year update, as well as being a reminder to order your seasonal lawn care solutions for 2026. I hope that your new year is treating you well so far and that you were able to get a bit of a rest around the holidays. It feels like spring out there already. In fact, the grass has started growing a bit, at least until the temperatures drop back down again. What a mild winter we have had! As usual, there is much more grub damage everywhere, so if you have any neighbours with this problem, make sure you tell them about us so that we can help them out as well. Thank you everybody for all of the referrals last year, that really makes us feel good about the work we are trying to do over here! We will be modifying some programs, and adding some products over the next few weeks, so please stay tuned for that. |
Updates so far this year:
- General Updates:
- For both full service and retail we will be updating the plans. Those updates will be completed over the coming weeks.
- Product pricing for 2026 has been updated. There are currently no changes.
- There is a new product that we will be more than likely adding to the retail end of things, as well as some additional options for existing products.
- We may offer bagged soil later in the year as well, but for now we are sticking with loose soil by the yard. We are working on the logistics of that at the moment.
- We now offer pressure washing as a full service item. Let us know if this is something that you would like.
- DIY Annual Programs: Click here to see those and/or to order.
- The Microbe Power Soil Booster will be added in to an annual plan and subscriptions in the next few days, but for now you can add it A La Carte, should you wish.
- Employee Hiring: We have hired some new staff in various positions, and will probably create a team section on the website soon, so that you know who they all are!
- For Full Service Customers/requests: Email [email protected] with your request. Just let us know if you want to stick with the plan that you had before, would like us to suggest one, or know what additions that you would like to make for this year if applicable.
- We are now offering Tree and Hedge trimming up to 20′ as well as gardening on our full service end of things.
- We will be reaching out to everybody that we have not heard from yet this year over the next few weeks to get you set up for 2026.
- For those that have already contacted us, you may already have things set up, or you will soon.
We at MyLawn.Care have taken all of this into account and blended lawn Care Packs specifically to perform in the BC lower mainland, so that you do not need to worry about this and can just spread the Care Pack and enjoy the results!

Great update for the 2026 spring season! Timing the first fertilization and aeration correctly makes such a huge difference in how the lawn holds up during the peak summer heat.
I’ve found that one of the biggest mistakes people make during the spring refresh is miscalculating how much material they actually need for top-dressing or leveling uneven spots. Over-ordering is a waste of money, but under-ordering leads to patchy growth. I’ve been using this topsoil calculator (https://topsoilcalconline.com/) to get my cubic yardage exactly right before heading to the garden center. It definitely helps take the guesswork out of the prep work.
Looking forward to seeing more updates as the growing season kicks into high gear!
No need to head to the garden centre for soils. We have them here!
