Howdy Folks! This is our early year update, as well as being a reminder to order your seasonal lawn care solutions for 2023. We just got over our “hopefully last snowfall this year” in the lower mainland BC, and things look to be starting to warm up and get rainy. I saw a mosquito and a moth this weekend, so it looks like the bugs know what’s up as well! |
Updates so far this year:
- DIY Annual Programs: Click here to see those and/or to order.
- Last year we had both the original 3 fertilizer program, as well as the revised 4 fertilizer program. As expected, nobody was really buying the old program, but we left it up there for the year just in case. The old program has been removed, and you will only see the new one there now.
- If you are on the old discontinued subscription – do not fret – You will still receive that plan as usual, it is just not available for purchase.
- We have added a basic “fertilizer only” program this year. This will allow you to add seed, lime, grub control etc… and build your own program if you like to do it that way. We do recommend the full programs, but thought a few people would appreciate the option.
- Other Store Additions:
- We have added Calpril Lime. It works the same as Dolopril, however Calpril does not have the magnesium that is in Dolopril. Magnesium is very good for lawns, but can cause problems in excess. It was important to add this with the addition of the fertilizer only plan, because we will not be making sure that you do not add too much magnesium as with the other fully catered plans.
- We added sizes of grass seed for seeding, as well as the ones for over-seeding that we always had. This was just to simply things. Same awesome seed, just more of it!
- There are a bunch of other things in the works, and we will send out updates as they are added.
- Employee Hiring: We are currently looking for one full time employee starting for March 1. There will be adds up on jobsites tomorrow, but I thought I would mention it here in case you knew somebody that was looking for a career in the lawn care industry. If so they can email [email protected] with a resume. This is for full service work, and they must be able to drive standard because the position will require driving the dump truck (which is standard). There will be a full job description on Indeed by end of day tomorrow.
- For Full Service Customers/requests: Email [email protected] with your request, or click here to fill out the form at the bottom of the page with your selected services for this year.
- We will be reaching out to everybody that we have not heard from yet this year over the next week to get you set up for this year.
- For those that have already contacted us, you may already have things set up, or you will soon. We just had to take care of a bunch of things on the back end before we could get to everybody.
We at MyLawn.Care have taken all of this into account and blended lawn Care Packs specifically to perform in the BC lower mainland, so that you do not need to worry about this and can just spread the Care Pack and enjoy the results!
